The Great Lakes Information Network (GLIN) is a partnership that provides one place online for people to find information relating to the binational Great Lakes-St. Lawrence region of North America. GLIN offers a wealth of data and information about the region's environment, economy, tourism, education and demographics.

Pierce Cedar Creek Institute

Eco-Learning Center strives to provide leadership, scientific research, study, education, guidance and promotion of living sustainably on the land, in diverse communities, and in natural balance with the Great Lakes Bio-region. As a model The Center becomes part of a global movement of ordinary people undertaking an extraordinary task - problem solving the environmental, economic, cultural and spiritual issues that forebode irreversible systemic damage to the planet - by the simple act of changing how people live.

Green Design Network is a great resource for those interested in green design and building. It includes a searchable database of green building resources, newsletters and publications on green building from a variety of sources including the Rocky Mountain Institute and Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, regional resource guides for California and the Yellowstone region ,and more.
